These terms of sale apply to orders placed on freya.tn and delivered in Tunisia. They explain simply how to order, pay and get your order delivered.
Who are we?
FREYA Tunisia is a Tunisian Korean skincare store based in Tunis. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp at 95 200 007, by e-mail at contact@freya.tn or through our contact form.
Ordering
Add your products to the cart, then enter your contact details and delivery address. Check your order (products, sizes, address) before confirming it.
You then receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number: please give it if you contact us about your order.
You must be at least 18 years old to order.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (DT). The price charged is the one shown on the website when you place your order; delivery fees are shown before you confirm it.
If a product you ordered is no longer available, we let you know and you are not charged for it.
Payment
Payment is made in cash on delivery. Online card payment is not available yet.
Delivery
We deliver everywhere in Tunisia in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery costs 8 DT and is free from 199 DT. During promotions, delivery may take a little longer.
If you are not there when the courier arrives, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery. See shipping & payment.
Canceling an order
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been handed over to the courier: contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp at 95 200 007.
Returns and damaged products
For hygiene reasons, we cannot take back an opened or used product. If a product is delivered damaged, contact us within 2 business days with your order number and photos: we will offer you a replacement or a refund. See returns & claims.
Product photos
Our product photos are for illustration purposes. We do our best to keep them accurate, but packaging may change between production batches.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it.
